Re: Politics

From WIkipedia: ------------------------------ Another [ Live PD ] incident that left the viewers shocked was on the July 8th episode where Senior Deputy (SD) Chris Mastrianni was called to a fight in progress at a large house party when a car, (leaving the same party), went right past him going abo...

Re: Random Thoughts Again

I suspect that pigs and cattle are viewed as livestock by all and non entities by the urban/suburban folk who don't and have never been around them anytime in life looking at them in the meat section of the supermarket. I agree. I think when most people buy a pound of hamburger, they don't dwell on...

Re: Random Thoughts Again

That's fine, as long as you understand that when presented with that observation, the response from the overwhelming percentage of people is likely to be "Interesting. Say, this hamburger is a little dry, would you pass the ketchup, please?" It doesn't change my original point that the aut...

Religion isn't logical ... marriage isn't logical ... the fashion industry, one of the largest industries in the ...

Re: Random Thoughts Again

My wife is Irish and loves dogs. So I wouldn't express those sentiments in her presence, unless you're hungry and in the mood for a Knuckle Sammich.

Re: Random Thoughts Again

As long as Standard Poodles are excluded. They annoy me for some reason. Year ago, when Pierce Brosnan was popular (and younger) I heard two morning radio guys talking about him. One of them said he couldn't stand Brosnan. When his partner asked why he said: I don't know. He just gives off a vibe th...

Re: Random Thoughts Again

Perhaps, but if less people had dogs, there would be less need for shelters. Whenever a young person or couple who has never owned a dog asks me about getting one, I always try to talk them out of it. I explain to them that their life is going to seriously change. That they can't just go out to dinn...
