Re: Politics

I'm glad I am not a public figure. I have no specific recollection of doing anything wrong with women prior to meeting my wife, but I dated a lot and I was somewhat aggressive in the pursuit. I never, ever forced myself on anyone and I was always quick to take "no" for an answer. But, did...

Re: Politics

If possible, is anyone shocked, angered, annoyed or otherwise disturbed by the irony, the hypocrisy of President p-grabber's tweet regarding the Al Franken kerfuffle? How this tone-deaf bag of douche can look himself in the mirror is a mystery for the ages. Funny how he goes silent on the Roy Moore ...

Re: 2017 NFL Football Season

You can wash them down with a cup of bone broth. Question about the bone broth: Is it the kind that shows a guy and his woman in separate bathtubs on the wrapper? If so, that's not my brand.. :D If only it were so easy. Of course, you'll be needing a doctor's prescription for that particular bone b...

Re: 2017 NFL Football Season

Kale has the same effect as Genny Creme Ale does on the lower GI system. Perhaps, BDUB would volunteer to perform a side-by-side comparison.

Re: Random Thoughts Again

Btw, dad, I looked up Lagavulin 16 on the Master of Malt website. And I kid you not, the 'nose' is "...redolent of iodine...". I don't know whether to run and buy a bottle to drink or to apply it to the thumb I just hit with a hammer. I would run from that bottle of Lagavulin or Laphroig....

Re: Rutgers In-Game

I don't know if they still make Iron City. Haven't seen it in years. Haven't missed it, either. And, we easily got 30 people into those rooms. Didn't we take all the furniture out of one of them once to have a party? I vaguely remember that. Lama - my understanding is that Lynchburg, TN is still a ...

Re: Nebraska Pregame

Yes, an entirely forgettable game in a mediocre season. One thing I remember is that Clemson had a defensive lineman named Eddie "Meat" Cleaver who lived in our backfield all afternoon.

Re: Politics

Speaking of agendas, I'm trying to figure out why I should be outraged that Trump Jr. talked to wikileaks. The story, as I understand it (I have not paid a ton of attention) is that they reached out to him via some messenger function on twitter. I haven't read what the correspondence was (he's made...

Re: Politics

It's agenda driven when our guy takes the hit, but it's breaking news...a blockbuster...when it's their guy. We are through the looking glass, folks. Up is down, ignorance is strength, blah, blah, etc, etc. I'm already sorry I came in from the cold. Back to radio silence.
