I hear ya, but it's hard. I still have such good memories of the O's. Brooks, Belanger, Dauer, Singleton, Dempsey, Earl, Cal, Bumbry etc. Not to mention Wild Bill Hagy.

The other problem is even the Braves are 4.5 hours away. And I can't get into the Savannah Banana games because they're on a 60 game sellout streak and the 2019 is already gone! I'll probably get to one or two through some new friends. I

Edgardo Alfonzo says it's getting close!

Also, anyone see this? New MLB agreement includes rule changes

I think a $1M bonus for the home run winnner derby is moronic but, ultimately, I don't care. I also don't care about how they do all star voting. They can draw names from a hat. It wouldn't be any less subjective than it currently is, so whatever.

I'm not thrilled with the elimination of the waiver August trade deadline, but, ultimately, that's not a huge issue.

I absolutely hate the 2020 rule that requires a pitcher to face at leat 3 batters. I think that really, really sucks. I am ambivalent about expending rosters to 26 men but I do think it changes the game a bit as that one extra player makes a big difference in tight games.

I guess you can kiss your dream of becoming a "lefty specialist" goodbye.

Funny enough, I almost ended that post with "there goes my dream of being a LOOGY".

Damn. Another dream bites the dust. That's two this week. The previous one was I hoped one day to be able to surprise Lori Loughlin and Felicity Huffman with arrest warrants but someone beat me to the punch and took all the fun out of it.

Love the new rules! Baseball needs to make their games go faster! I stated earlier that I went to a Sixers game last weekend, the game was so much fun because there wasn't any down time! People were dunking, shooting 1/2 court shots, and whatever else go on at a game. Baseball needs to figure things out because the games are slowwwww and watching it on TV is horrific!
