Possible HOF that Lebron played with given that list would be Ray Allen (I would say is in but could be wrong), Dwayne Wade (Definite), and possibly Kyrie Irving (waaaay too early to tell). Kevin Love was a double double machine until he got to Cleveland and still is an all star annually. In my opinion, other than Pippen and Rodman, the rest are no better than the list that played/are playing with Lebron. Ron Harper, John Salley, Robert Parrish and Bill Cartwright were shells of the players they once were and I believe all suffered from knee injuries by the time they played with Jordan.

To Shane's point, MJ wasn't necessarily surrounded by phenomenally better talent than LBJ but those were better teams because players clearly embraced their roles and played together - and you might want to say much of that had to do with coaching.

Bigger, fast, stronger always means something in sports - and especially head to head / contact sports. The vertical leaping ability of hoop players today / their speed and quickness would give them a significant advantage. The 50-70lbs of body weight Shaq would carry over Kareem would wear him out in the post. about the only sports I can think of where the modern player doesn't have an advantage are golf, bowling and archery.

Go watch a HS baseball, hoops or football game. You'll see multiple 250+ lineman in football, you'll see multiple guys dunking in hoops and you see baseball players hitting multiple 320+ shots. That wasn't happening 25 years ago.

In my youth, I was a skittle bowl wizard. I could take on modern players and totally kick their ass. How this never achieved Olympic sport status is totally beyond me.

dad, I did not realize we were in the presence of greatness. Wow, a future skittle ball HOF nominee? I'd like to attend the awards ceremony when you are inducted. Who will present you at the induction ceremony? Anyone we know? Someone we don't know? Anyone at all? Pinball Wizard? Appoo?

If anyone watches the British Open today, It's important to yell Noonan! whenever a non-American golfer is about to putt. TYVM.

Mrs psu_dad: I thought you weren't superstitious,
Me: That's not superstition. It's science.

Noonan made the putt. This means you're rooting against the Americans.

Unbelievable.

Great, an Italian won. Kind of feels like it's all your fault.

Really wanted to see Tiger pull it out but Molinari was impressive today. He's been lights out for the past few months.
