B&W I haven't been to most of the breweries either but many are available on draft at my local tavern at different times. I'm going to try and get to Cape May this summer on my travels to wildwood

I finally tried that Boddington's I got for Christmas. It pours a gorgeous creamy head. I enjoy an English ale on occasion and I enjoyed this one, but they're a tad bitter for me to drink regularly.

So, I went back through this thread looking for scotch recommendations. And, based on Mad's recommendation - and after discounting what I know about Mad ( ;) ) - I picked up a bottle of the Balvenie over the weekend. I think I now have a new favorite scotch. It's really nice.

Good call, Mad. You're redeemend in my eyes.

sort of.

A good friend of mine bought a bottle of this recently and invited me to come over and try it. I said I absolutely will not, and he can't make me.

That's not how you sell scotch. You sell scotch with boobage.

We were on vacation last week and my wife bought a 12 pack of mango-rita. Let me tell you, it was a brilliant drink sitting by the pool crushing a few of those. BTW, to kick it up a notch, add a shot or 2 (or 3) of vodka :D You can thank me later ;)

You can have your hard liquor.

I'll stick with my beer. 8-)

I finally got around to trying Pilsner Urquell this weekend. Very good. I'll definitely buy it again. I would probably give a slight nod to the Weihenstephaner Pilsner, which might be the smoothest bottled beer I've ever had. But only a slight nod.

I may try a blind taste test of the two some time, just for grins.

I'm fairly certain this crowd will consider a drink like this an abomination but I tried one of the those hard seltzers - I found it refreshing on a hot summer's day.
