I hope the Giants bring Eli back :D

I am 99% confident they will. Even if they draft a QB I bet he's the starter on at least opening day next year.

That is great news for the Eagles, not so much for the Gints ;)

It is what it is. Eli has looked good at times this year and other times he has looked awful. At this point in his career he's a game manager. With the right line and the right weapons, you can win with him. And there is no guarantee that replacing him is going to yield better results. I hope they draft a QB next year but even if they do I expect Eli to start next year. Given they now have 8 losses, I'm hoping they let Kyle Lauletta start the next two games, but, given that they buried him on the depth chart, that seems highly unlikely at this point.

They need to move on from Eli. See Jimmy Rollins, Chase Utley, and Ryan Howard. That is baseball but Eli is washed up.

I think they can beat the Texans at home and the Deadskins on the road. Problem is the Pokes have the Bucs and Giants left. I would shocked if they lost both of those games . :x

They need a successor. Right now they don't have one. But, regardless of what they say in public I'm sure the Giants know they need to start the post Eli era. I just doubt it happens next year, regardless of whether or not they draft a QB.

I am sure Eli has a great work ethic but the question will be whether he wants to mentor someone. This is a QB league and the Giants screwed the pooch last year when they drafted Saquon (My opinion). And if you don't have a QB you better have a great defense. The Giants don't. They are a 500 team for a few years because they will lose to the Eagles and Cowboys. The Redskins will be the Redskins

I wouldn't focus on the Redskins. There are no shortage of thugs in the NF and they are spread across the league.

This is what amazes me so much about the Kaepernick outrage. People go crazy over a peaceful, nonviolent protest on social injust and start calling for boycotts of the NFL. But, as long as they stand at attention at the right moment no one says "boo" about the littany of off-the-field issues. Take a knee? It's an outrage? Beat the shit out of your wife or girlfriend? Well, I'm I don't condone it but I'll probably still watch on Sunday.
