And they received a 3rd and a 5th(?) round draft pick in return for one of the NFL's top receivers? "Hosed" is not the word I would use to describe how the Steelers fared in that trade.
Yeah, well, that's like your opinion, man.

In fairness to the Steelers, once Brown played the "douchebag card" the Steelers were screwed. They had no trade leverage.

I agree. I think given the circumstances they did pretty well. Better than the Giants did for Collins.

This is the 2nd year in a row that the Patriots have lost their starting LT to free agency. In both instances, the player was signed to a Stupid Money contract.

There is now an 18-year history of players leaving the Patriots for Stupid Money and not excelling in their new situation. How long before teams figure that out? 20 years? 30 years? 100 years?

They'll figure it out when the Patriots stop winning Super Bowls.

Adrian Amos to the Pack, Jesse James to the Lions and the Eagles won't pick up Wiz's option so he's a free agent

Sad to hear James is giving up football. Well at least in January.

Lions are putting a lot of chips on the table. I'd say they are due to maybe win a playoff game.
