Tiki-tac roughing the kicker penalty helps Lions take an early 7-0 lead.

Great blocking on the incompletion prior to the penalty - Trace had literally all day...

Too many off sides.

The roughing the punter had to be called. Do they not do the 5 yard running into anymore?

The push on McSorely was marginal also.

Two perfectly executed on sides kicks against us this season.

Ugly first half so far. I guess I should expect that. Still don't like it. But hey, at least both Thompkins and JJ have caught passes...

We should be up by way more at this point. Gotta learn to get the insides kick and stop dropping easy passes. Crimes, I sound like one of those a-holes who thinks they can do anything. But these are not difficult concepts.

LOL Lion.

I'm with you. I like that they know how to do the 2 minute drill. Trace is exceptional at that. He's had a nice game & defense has bent but not broke...not a particularly inspiring half, but they're on pace for 56 points if they double up. And I expect the defense to get better in the 2nd half.

Well, this is a laugher like we thought it would be. If McSorely and Sanders see another snap today we have some serious questions for Franklin.

Offense is humming. Defense is OK. Still not convinced we have a championship defense. Moreover, our special teams has conceded a TD return and two onsides kick recoveries in three weeks. Still not sure what this team has and don't think we will know until OSU.

Anyway, let's get out of this injury free.

Based on a few plays against Pitt and Kent State, our QB situation looks good. This game has been about what I expected but we need to work on some fundamentals. Too many penalties, for sure, as well as the things I mentioned in the first half. This team has some growing to do if it wants to contend.

Some nicely thrown passes. Too many holdings and off sides.

Not to be Captain Obvious, but Trace is an absolute gamer.

So, pretty much what I expected. 3 - 0.

Still not convinced our D is ready for the big boys.
