Awful all around. Franklin deserves any and all criticism he receives this week. It's almost like he's new to thia game of football. Soo terribly managed.

Just got done watching the game. I only Chris comment where he said that JF deserves all the of the criticism he gets. Other than the TO on the onsides kick, JF was not the problem in this game at all. Again, Trace played like shit and cannot hit the side of a barn. We are not throwing the ball down field at all and when we do the ball isn't close. Guys are not catching easy passes. The team can't tackle to save their life, not coaching IMO. A win is a win but 2 weeks in a row where the players played like crap.

Luckily, the next 3 weeks can make the season and it starts at home! I say we tighten things up and win out!

I was not a fan that we threw it 2 of 3 times. I am mixed on this because if they go for first down no one notices a thing. I don't have tape to look at how things went down. I think Trace took a step back this year. Maybe it is the new OC but who knows.

Finally the defense got some turnovers!!

I realize catching a punt was horrible today but watching Hamlin was like being at the circus.

Bdub- do you understand why we didn't kick a FG against OSU? Our FG kicker is atrocious at the moment. I am lost on FG kicking. You only have 1 thing to practice and that is it! This kid should be kicking 200 FG per day!! End of story! And if he is kicking 200 fg per day turn it into 400!

One of the greatest 3 point shooters of all time was commentating on the Sixers game the other night Reggie Miller was discussing why Simmons and Fultz are so bad at shooting. It is because they don't practice. Miller used to take 200-500 3 point shots before games. I said this about Hack so many times on this board- hang a tire from a tree and have him throw the ball 300 times per day.

Gosh I wonder why the coaches never think "the kicker should kick more". You do know that you can wear your leg out right? Oh and the kicker made everything today. And not sure what you're talking about Trace. He pretty much kept the offense in the game. He missed a couple but he can't throw AND catch it. So many drops.

This team is all about the lines. The offensive line is still not getting it done and the defensive line has no depth. Throw in those handicaps and coaching decisions that do nothing to help the team and you're going to have games like today.

Trace kept them in the game but he is missing targets. Watch the game again. Nothing he throws deep is close.

As for the kicker, this kid is 19ish. I don't buy this wearing out legs crap. The kicker did not make everything. He barely made a 30 yarder and got one blocked because it was too low.

So, on an extremely windy day the kid hits 2 field goals - one of which was about the distance of the kick we didn't take during the OSU game - and hits all his extra points and that's supposed to be proof that our kicking game is atrocious and Franklin made the right call going for it on 4th and 5 during the OSU game?

What am I missing here?

And this guy we just call Feldman......
