Michigan State In-Game

Just FYI, that catch by Gesicki isn't a catch because his heel came down out. But in Ann Arbor in 2005 it totally counted as a catch. Just saying.

Also, our offensive line is a huge issue. 3rd down and the right tackle just got flat out run by. It's ugly.

I am going to disagree. I don't think it was a fact that his heel came down out of bounds. None of the angles showed his foot 100% being out of bounds.

That was a great drive. Hopefully going play action and throwing will opening up the running game later.

That said, having to throw to set up the run makes if tough in big games against talented teams. There will come a point where you need to impose your will and run the ball. I'm not convinced we can do that.

Barkley is 2/2 passing. Offense looks OK. Disappointed the D gave up 2 3rd and longs, but they got the stop on 3rd and 2

They must have watched OSU film. Getting shredded between the hashes throwing the ball.

That was a really suspect flag.

Crap INT call. PSI player had position AND had his head around

If it was catchable.

Pick holding on the TD

Our inability to pressure with four is hurting this defense.

Even through the first seven games I wasn't convinced our D was all that stout. The injuries have hurt but this isn't a top 10 D at all.

I'm mostly surprised by our defensive backs. Early in the season I saw a lot of them getting their heads around and getting hands on passes. And they were attacking passes. I've not seen that the last two weeks.
