Man, I hate seeing the Huskers down like this. I loved to hate that squad. ND biting the dust wouldn't bother me even slightly (and don't get me started on those Notre Dame Academy dweebs up in the Boston metro area) but watching the Huskers fall on hard times like this just feels wrong. Shame.
That said, I hope this guy is right and Barkley runs for 300 yards on Saturday.

Looks like that guy beat Mr T to the punch. While I think the BiG would benefit greatly from the revival of Nebraska football, I'm still bitter over the '94 gift to Osborne. Grind 'em into the turf, I say.

1997 torques me just as much as 1994, even though PSU wasn't involved.
Scott Frost is literally crying after their bowl game, "You have to give us a split of the title." I guess I have to give him credit, though, as one poll fell for the charade and waterworks.

Re: Nebraska Pregame
I suspect Nebraska will follow the NW, RU blueprint and try to hold down SB at all costs. PSU should come out winging the ball and break Nebraska's will by getting up a couple scores early - then let SB pile up some stats.
The last three games have been frustrating to see teams go after SB at all costs and see him not get a chance to show his ability. Hopefully he can have some big games (especially hopefully in a meaningful bowl game) down the last stretch here.
In the big picture he's going to be the first back chosen for draft - and no jinxes - he hasn't had any major injuries and by stud college back standards he gets to the NFL will relatively low mileage. He's been great for the program both on and off the field and as I sit in the lotus position the last conscious thought I drive from my mind is "please don't let him go to Cleveland, please don't let him go to Cleveland, please don't let him go to Cleveland"

Nebraska was ranked earlier this year!
Not only that, they led the crystal ball picks for several 5-star prospects and were one of the hot and up and coming teams. They were the like 2017 version of the 2016 Terrapins. And here we are.
Nasty weather this weekend. Only way I see PSU losing is if there is gale out there.
Enjoy the last two games of Saquon and Gisecki everybody. Great talents. And neither should play in the bowl game IMO

I hope I don't drown today. Forecast looks grim.
Re: Nebraska Pregame
Hope you can find a good parking spot. I read they closed some of them. Regardless, enjoy the game!
