What are you talking about? The article was about the BIG doing away with the divisions and just having the two best teams play for the championship.

I-AA doesn't exist in name but it's still around, just known as the Football Championship Subdivision and D-1 is now the Football Bowl Subdivision.

I hope this comes to fruition.

I give NW all the props they deserve for what they accomplished this season. But having them in the B10CG with 4 losses was embarrassing.

Wasn't the first post about scheduling 1AA schools? My point is that Villanova is no longer a 1AA school and all the big football teams schedule these cupcakes

Lets be honest, the Big10 didn't help the conference by putting all the best teams in 1 division

It's interesting because it really isn't even cyclical if you look at Top 25 rankings. The East has like twice the number of teams ranked over a certain time period. So it's not like you can say, oh well the West will get better. No, no they won't. At least not on the whole.

Exactly Shore and Grower.

IMHO, Penn State, Michigan and Sparty would have easily beaten NW too.
